Recently, I was presenting at a private corporate event outside of San Diego, and Gerd Leonhard (the well-known futurist), was speaking after me. With a pending flight home, I could do little more than small talk with Gerd, but agreed to have a discussion about how he helps companies prepare for the inevitable.
